Cable n Net acts as an independent mediator to help customers access services from trusted providers like Xfinity, Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum, Dish, and others. However, Cable n Net does not control the services provided by these third-party entities and acts only as a facilitator.

Cable n Net charges execution fees for the services it provides directly, such as:

• New connection setup
• Service relocation
• Plan upgrades or downgrades
• Technician appointments

The charges for these services typically range from $49.99 to $199.99, depending on the specific service request. These fees are separate from any costs charged by your service provider (e.g., internet, streaming, or cellular service costs). All execution service fees are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our services involve partnerships with third-party service providers, such as AT&T, Xfinity, Verizon, and others. It’s important to understand that:

• Cable n Net does not own, operate, or manage these third-party services.
• The performance and quality of the services you receive are governed by the third-party provider’s terms and conditions.
• By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party service provider.

Cable n Net facilitates your access to these services but cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or delivery of services provided by external vendors.

When using Cable n Net’s services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and financial information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Follow Service Provider Terms: Adhere to the terms and conditions of the service provider you choose.
• Payment Responsibility: Be responsible for payment of all applicable execution fees charged by Cable n Net, as well as any fees charged by third-party providers.
• Good Faith Usage: Use our services legally and in good faith, without engaging in abusive or fraudulent activities.

• Execution Fees: Payments for execution services provided by Cable n Net are due at the time the service is requested.
• Third-Party Charges: Charges related to third-party services (such as monthly bills from your internet or cellular provider) are handled directly through the provider and Cable n Net is not responsible for billing issues related to third-party services.

You can contact our customer service team if you need assistance in understanding your third-party provider bill, but any refunds or disputes will be governed by the third-party provider’s policies.

In full compliance with Google’s Ads Policy, Cable n Net ensures that all services, pricing, and affiliations are accurately represented. We do not engage in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising practices. Customers are encouraged to confirm the authenticity of services by communicating directly with Cable n Net representatives.

Cable n Net reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services in cases of:

• Non-payment of execution fees.
• Abuse or misuse of services, including fraudulent activities.
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Please note, if you wish to terminate or cancel services provided by third-party providers (such as Xfinity, Verizon, etc.), you must contact the provider directly. Cable n Net can assist in the process but does not have the authority to terminate third-party contracts on your behalf.

Cable n Net is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including downtime or poor performance.
• Unauthorized use or misuse of your personal or financial information by third parties.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Cable n Net’s services or those provided by third-party service providers.

Our role is as a mediator, and we cannot guarantee the performance or reliability of third-party services.
